Heather H. Winslow, M.D.
Dr. Heather Winslow earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Biology from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She continued her training with an Internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, and a Residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
A board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Dr. Winslow has been in practice since 2009. She also serves as Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Winslow is the author of several articles published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Winslow is affiliated with Wise Health System, Parkland Medical Center, Ophthalmology Surgery Center of Dallas, Day Surgery Center at Denton Regional Medical Center, and Laser Center for Vision Care at Southwestern. In addition, Dr. Winslow Has a busy practice at our satellite offices in Decatur, Texas.
In her free time, Dr. Winslow enjoys golf, tennis, soccer, running, biking, weightlifting, skiing and spending time with her husband, Vance, three sons Mason, Hogan, Kaden, and daughter Presley.
